Group Insurance Services  

At the Core of any Employee Benefit Program is group insurance plans. An employer can create a program that provides generous coverage by selecting from a variety of plans including medical, dental, life, disability and vision coverage. Alternatively, the employer can provide selected coverage and then allow the employees to purchase additional coverages on a payroll deduction basis.

The role of EBSC is to listen to our client’s objectives and guide them through the options to create the program that best meets the needs of the employees. The basic coverage for any employer sponsored program is group medical coverage. If you have less than 50 employees you can initiate a

Self-Funding-  For larger groups, a self-funded medical plan provides the employer with greater control over the funding and benefit levels. One of the specialty services of EBSC is our ability to help clients manage a self-funded medical plan. We assist clients with setting funding rates and provide clear reports on claims and administrative costs compared to funding levels.
